SCANS: From zero to hero
Tuesday, 20th September, 2011One of our friends scored a new issue of the famous japanese Levin & Trueno magazine back in early 2011 and when we first opened it we nearly had a heart attack. This is the reason why.
This AE85 was a joint project between the magazines editors and AE86 specialist Carland 86 which weve showed to you not long ago. As you can imagine the combination of these two names focused on only one car means
only one thing: pure perfection.
Back in 2007 the editors picked as their base car a three door Levin with 3AU under the hood, automatic transmission and a pretty rare yellow color that was available only for the zenki AE85. When it was all finished in January 2009 though it had very little in common with the 85.
Theres no point in writing anything further, we will let the pictures speak for themselves. Get ready for a blacktop swap, tons of TRD parts and a set of absoluetly perfect Hayashi Streets.
